I start by getting to know you, your goals, your history, and what’s worked or hasn’t in the past. From there, we build a plan that’s structured, sustainable, and designed to peak you at the right time.

One Time Option

Not ready for ongoing coaching? Get a professionally designed training block delivered through Google Sheets, built around your event and fitness level. No ongoing commitment required.

  • 4-week block: $30
  • 8-week block: $55
  • 12-week block: $75

Tier 1

Personalized weekly training plans built and delivered through TrainingPeaks, designed around your goals and schedule. Includes weekly video calls to review performance data, in-depth progress tracking, nutrition advice, and email/text support throughout the week.

Tier 2

Full-service coaching for athletes who want maximum support. Includes everything in Tier 1 plus unlimited communication (phone, video, and email), dedicated race strategy sessions, mental performance coaching, and comprehensive nutrition guidance to fuel your training and racing.
